He wil not be notified, but you will disappear from his friends list. ( He might notice it though ).

If you're unfriending them why do you care if they get notified or not? Obviously you don't like them very much.

When you Unfriend Someone The Only thing that happens is they get removed from your Friends List They Do Not Get Any Notifcation and The Only Way For them to Find Out Would be to If They were to Visit your Profile

If you unfriend someone, he or she will not get a notification, but ur contact will not be in their friends category. But.. there's this website, and if you like download something.. or somethin like that.. but anyways that download will notify you that someone has unfriended you. But chances are.. little, I think..
