We had the dish hopper installed today. Every time we go to watch tv, the tv viewing status always pops up. If we. Go to guide and try to click on a program then it pops up And we can not watch tv. If we click on someone else who Is watching tv then when we go to change the Channel it also changes the channel on their tv. How can we watch our own tv?

Trevor,
I would be happy to help with that. Our Hopper only has 3 tuners available. With this, you can watch TV in up to 3 separate rooms. If all 3 TV's are in use, you will have to tune in to one of them, or watch a recorded program. If you need more than 3 tuners, an additional Hopper will be needed.
