I have a website "http://www.bistaa.com" this website is developed for ads.I want to advertise my site
but I don't want to expend money.can anybody tell me about an auction website which is free?

IDK.. most of them is not for free, but if you don't want to spend money use social media networks to advertize. it's a difficult method but it's free.

If you don't want to spend money then the best and free way is to promote through social networking sites like Facebook, Orkut, Twitter etc.
