Firstly you need to understand social media platforms and how they work for your self. these need to be tried and tested for your own Business to ensure you have full expertise to managing multiple accounts.
you then need your own set of social media platforms to show you clients and see how you manage them populate them with friends and followers, customize them, interact with people, blog links to other blog.
you then need to use tools and software to make it more streamline process that include hootesuite, tweet deck, posterous, ping.fm as well making a list of which social media tools and networks you are prepare to manage for your clients.
secondly you need to determine a package you will offer your clients i.e how many comments, and how follower you will get, the time you will spend, and then determine a price package based on what you are prepared to do and the time you are prepared to spend.
next, you will need to find virtual assistants to help manage the daily process tasks, its fine you doing maybe one or two cilents yourself to get the experience, but as you grow you will need to find virtual assistant to do these tasks for you. odesk is a great place to start.
also do not forget to create your own word-press blog site offering your services and explaining how you can benefit the company., call local businesses, email them, optimized your website offering your service, use all social media platforms with your business first, before you take on cilent, so they can see how successfully you are using this method.
remember to break down the packages determine on platforms and time you are prepare to spend.
