He followed me on Twitter but I'm kinda unsure because he doesn't have that much followers.

Most likely it isn't him. There are so many fake and parody accounts that revolve around the One Direction boys and their family members. And if it was really him he would have much more followers.

It's probably not him. First all the 1D families have tons of fakes on Twitter. And also if he does have a Twitter (I don't think he does), then I don't think he would follow random people (no offense), especially if they're Directioners cuz him and Louis don't speak. Ask him to prove it or something lol
