I am looking for any way to make one for free. HTML, apps or generators would be fine or anything else. I run three non-profit social media sites and I would like to add this feature to the sites.

just go to formspring.me and make an account, u can have ppl ask questions on there and u answer them, and u will get ur own link for it and just post it on facebook or myspace
