If you want something more, then you have to something more hard for that. What you can do for 1st stage is : Make 50-150 interesting facts related to your page. Post them regularly, if good or interesting, people will do rest ad work for you.
On my opinion, to get regular or more like, a page must have
regularity
interesting things
not as regular as it seems flooding on users mail inbox.

Just use a social exchange like AMF. Basically you can like, view, share, follow and subscribe in return for points that you can spend on likes, views, shares and followers. Very easy and free.
