No, if you block them they should be blocked from your news feed.

No! It's just like they don't exist. After you block them, try to search for them and if it says "user not found," that means you blocking them has been sucessful. And vice versa.

big NO.. no longer.. not anymore..
and she/ he can no longer see you too on Facebook, not unless if she/ he uses other accounts to scroll/ browse your profile page or searching you on Facebook.

If you block someone on Facebook, you will no longer receive messages, notifications, or stories from their wall on your news feed. In fact, you can't even search for them.
