i just made a tumblr and i only have 2 followers, which are my friends, I've tried following people so they'll follow back, but its not working :/ does anyone know a good trick to get followers ? and ill follow you if you follow mee

1. Post a link to your tumblr on your facebook, myspace, twitter, page. Or whatever you have.
2. When uploading pictures tag 'em!
3. Don't reblog so much, add some of your own stuff. So people find your tumblr creative, fun, & interesting.
4. Ask for promos. You can ask something like "hey promo for promo? (:"
5. Never give up, it will start out slow but over time you'll gain followers.
