Can I not make my facebook private anymore? - Pogswoggins - 02-28-2013 06:23 PM

I used to be able to search my facebook page (not signed in) and it would only show my picture and about me and whatever I chose for people to see. Now I have everything set to only let my friends see my stuff but when I view my page, anyone in the world could view whatever it is I'm posting...

How can I make my facebook only viewable to my friends?

Go to your privacy settings and set everything to Friends only.

Facebook has swiftly become a social networking website allowing millions of people to connect with new and old friends. If you have a small Facebook network comprised of just close friends and family, you may want to avoid having your profile appear in random Facebook searches. This will prevent search engines and Facebook users that are not your friends from indexing and searching for your profile. Facebook provides privacy settings that allow you to quickly alter who can search for you on Facebook.
