It's not a virus, but it's spam and it isn't true.

There is some apps what are real and do tell you, some of them you have to do surverys like "Justin Bieber Quiz" but you end up been charged £4 a week. So dont do any of the surveys.

If that was true facebook would be sued for alooooot of money, it only works if the other person signed up for the application.
