I made a new account and I did a follow spree and I got suspended for it but on my twitter where it says sorry your account is suspended. Click here for more info. I clicked there and it got unsuspended and then today I tweeted a lot so I got suspended. Now it won't let me unsuspend it and i got an email saying that be paitent and stuff. Does that mean it can be deleted?

Repeating wrong behavior usually gets you stronger punishments. So, yes, they may delete the account. What you need to do is read and follow the HELP page they provide about it, rather than ask us.
