So yeah all social media shit are blocked and my friend( master hacker and scriptor and shit for comps) comes to me with a browser that is calls 100% anonymous and non traceable or trackable and I'm kinda worried ill get caught cause its on my school computer page and yeah you get it? Soo could I get caught and if so should I delete it?

Delete it; it's better to be safe than sorry.
"100% anonymous" is never correct. There are ways people can find out about things like this.
Schools have excellent tracking systems that can tell what you've been doing on their Internet. This is because their goals are to keep all students safe and out of trouble.
I suggest that you stop using these blocked sites; they are blocked for reasons, whether it be that they are distracting or that they are bad.
Just remember that anything you put on the Internet will stay on the Internet; even if you "delete" something, people can still be able to find it.

At my school you cant run setup files and .exe file so they probably wouldnt care. IF it does work at your school then they will know you were on it but they probably would just block it for next time

yes your High School Can Find Out If your Using there Computers Doesint Matter if you use a Proxy or Not Most Schools Have Tools That Help Track them What Sites they are Visiting and If your in a Library or a Computer Lab they probably have on there Computer a Program that Shows them All There Computer Screens and what there Doing
