in this case log in your normal mail accounts and try to find the in which of these mail account there is any notification related to twitter in past once you got this then you can now use same email account to get back your twitter account for the future use, i hope this idea will help you to log in to your twitter account again

Hey hi,
Its not a big problem. If this account is not so much popular you can make new one. Or this time you can save your email is and password in dairy.
Or other thing you can do that apply all emails in forgot password section, in any of one recover password mail can come if it is related with this.
