I have 4 towns on My Town, a game on Facebook, but i can't get past the first town when i try to go to another town and it just won't load. I had a virus or malware not to long ago and had to do a factory reset on my laptop but ever since that problem it just doesn't work anymore.PLEASE help

You will have to contact that game's customer support directly as this is not managed by Facebook.
