I am confused these day and find no clue to answer the question that I work on many different social networks to promote the content of my blog. I came across the website like Ping.fm or add-on like Shareholic to get your content submitted to multiple social media websites in one go.
My question is if I do multiple submission, will it be considered as spam by search engine like Google? will it be harmful for my search engine optimization?

dont submit same url again again..
submit inner pages that wont look spammy
