A........ FALSE
B........ FALSE it already does as far as selection...immergrants are not the problem within the Social Security system
C........ true/fasle those retiring now payments are from both, since the "system's" way of spending that collected leaves shortages because other agencies use it.
D......... false, the 5 withheld will have to be changes to compensate, this comment has been repeated , with datew changes , for years, nice political party scare tactic to blame each other
