It is against their policy. You are encouraged to use MySpace or twitter if you like to play with toys. Facebook is not a toy!

better not , because if someone wants to harm you or you're family he/she could take information from both facebook accounts, he/she could add up with name,surname,address,age and all other details....my opinion :/
