becouse everytime icreate new account on facebook this is always say ( For security reasons your account is temporarily locked ) help me guys iwant to create a lot of fb account but its always lock please im desperate..
my friend says if u are on philippines u can create a multiple account on facebook . But on vegas u cant ..

That's because you can change your Dynamic IP address or use proxy servers that can't be traced, but your Static IP address, the one that is used by most websites as a requirement, can't be changed. The US Government requires your ISP to maintain a file of websites visited from each computer terminal. That way if there is ever an investigation into wrongdoing of computer activity, your use of certain websites can be traced. Your Dynamic IP address can be changed by you at any time, by your ISP, or your ISP may issue a Dynamic IP address to a large group of people in an area. The Static IP address is the one that's important to the ISP and some websites that need to control accounts.
