I tried this thing becasue my facebook didnt work. I tried syncing my apps to itunes but then they didnt come up and know all my apps are gone! How do i get them back!
I cannot do anything and i have not got a backup!

You can't unless you've already backed up your iPod to the computer.

If you have a backup app downloaded on ur ipod hopefully u can get all ur stuff back!
