What happens if you click on a facebook link that is spam? - hello! - 03-02-2013 09:22 AM

Hi! So my friend's facebook account was hacked, but I didn't know this. So it said that he posted a video on my wall, and I clicked on it. I later found out that it was spam and that he was hacked, so I immediately changed my facebook password, and I am also running a virus scan on my computer. Is there anything else I should do? Should I be worried? Thank you!

Whatever you do, don't re-sign in to ANYTHING after you already signed in. Automatic spam bot conversion.

Make sure your antivirus is up-to-date otherwise it wouldn't detect new viruses. If you happen to have a facebook fan page and would like to get more fans or likes just go to http://www.facebook.com/pages/Inquirely/166359813438507 and you'll see what I'm talking about
