I just got on twitter.i tweeted twice how do i know that anyone is reading...were are the comments.

for twitter, you don't comment on tweets, you reply them . You get notified in the Interactions that someone has replied to you.
If you want more followers, don't make your profile private, cuz then nobody can follow you unless you approve.
People can also retweet your tweets if they like them .
