Unfortunately you can't, however if it is on a page. then you can block members, and if not you can change the privacy settings so only friends can comment. You can also delete comments, but theres nothing you can do about likes unless you block the person

Don't bother sharing the photos if you don't want 'Like's and comments on Facebook because there is no way to turn that off, as someone else already stated. You could post them on a blog of your own where you have the control to shut off comments. Social media sites are designed for the very purpose of sharing for social engagement.
