How can I make people not see how much friends I have on Facebook (including my friends) and only see how many mutual friends we have?

Set your profile to private or visible only to your friends. Then anyone who isn't your friend won't be able to see who you're friends with. There is however no way to block your friends from seeing your friend list.

open your facebook profile
goto friends
in the top right corner,u will see a "edit" button
click on it
a small flash window will appear,with three options
everyone,friends,only me
click on only me.
that's it
