with a small form factor chassis Dell Optiplex 745. If anyone could help it will be much appreciated.

The Optiplex 745 Small form factor chassis would need a low profile card to fit into the One low-profile PCI-E x16 slot. If this card comes in the SFF chassis it should work fine. The nvs 295 comes in a SFF option. Looking at the power supply on your system it should also be enough to power the card.
