I have had a windows id (or now Microsoft account) and i cannot log into it. I have given up and made a new yahoo account but my Facebook is connected to my old account. I can still log into it but I would like to deactivate Facebook for a while. I have changed my primary account but I'm not sure what it will do. Will I be able to reactivate it with my new account after? Thanks!

As long as you confirmed your new primary email from your email account, then yes you'll be able to log in using it to reactivate your FB account.
