Vince Mcmahon is obsessed with Twitter and getting terms to trend worldwide. I guess he figures trending online will draw viewers but that has yet to be seen.Every form of social media has a life cycle and hopefully twitter's life cycle is coming to an end.

Twitter probably pays them to advertise their product, so if they promote their superstars/divas real Twitter pages, they advertised & promoted Twitter, but they also advertised their own product.It's a win/win of business.Do we like seeing Twitter on RAW every five seconds, not at all.I don't go there during my free time, & I'm not going there because I see it every five seconds on RAW.But, they make revenue off of it, so they can keep people signed.

Because Twitter is their main eventer and if you noticed, Twitter has been getting more push than Miz.
...They shove Twitter down our throats because not everyone knows WWE so WWE would like to spread its name by the use of Twitter

They see twitter as a great tool for reaching people who they may not have reached in the past, many people will click on a trending subject just to see what it is.
It is getting annoying though
