Just imagine someone hacked a Facebook account uses it only one time in its own computer and victim make a complaint against the hacker so from which point they start to catch hacker.
ok so they first know hacker's computers ip address buttt howww and after they know ip address how they know of which computer the ip address is... And after that how they know the computer owner name.
What is the proof they have the person they find is hacker and they can do with laptop serial number or with net setter imei number.
Plzz anyone tell me the whole procedures and any other additional information. I am very curious to know about it.

They'll speak to the facebook about this. facebook gives the iP address through the ID was hacked or built. Once CB has Ip address then they'll speak to the internet providers(Airtel, Tata) who'll give the details that which customer is using the particular IP Address and your address along with it.
Next day police is at your door steps. Simple!
