I want to be able to take a screenshot with me video chatting with my friend. I can't use facebook video chat, or skype, so that's out of the question. I don't want to download anything. Is there an ONLINE video chat that shows both people on one screen?

There are Skype and Facebook video chat, but you don't have it, so you should try some other video chat. I searched and tried but none are as you require. Still if it helps, I have a video chat that I use a lot.
