I wan't to share my art on a blog of some sort, I know Instagram now owns everything you post on it, and Facebook is the same. Is their any websites I can share my work on and have complete ownership over my work?

Facebook didn't say they owned your art, they said they had the right to use your image (of you) in advertising, which is something quite different and they even hedged that because they said it so badly in the first place. You can upload to flickr.com or photobucket and share along with a lot of other sites.

You can have it copyrighted. In the case of visual art such as paintings or sculptures pictures of which are uploaded to the net, the artists usually display it with a watermark.
