Well my iPod slipped out of my hand and dropped apporoximately 10 cm. It dropped on its back and I picked it up and saw a few cracks. Above all times it falls it cracks this type. I have warranty over it. Does anybody know the cost of repairing it at the apple store. When they repair it do I loose my data? My photos? My apps? Do they replace it with a new one. What do they do?

Hello!
If you have warranty over it then you can bring it in and they will replace the screen for you for no cost whatsoever. If you don't have a warranty you would have to pay $100 just to replace the screen. They only replace your iPod if its completely not working (not turning on etc etc) Backup your data just incase, like upload all your photos into a private album on Facebook then when you get your iPod back you can save all the photos back
