you can download superantispyware and malwarebytes, update both and run scans fully one after the other, this should remove fully, download them to a memory stick or disc on another pc,start your pc in safe mode then run the scans.gl

You should try to download the following softwares in Safe mode, but
Try this first:
Hit Ctrl+Alt+Delete and open the task manager.
Stop all processes with a bunch of numbers in them.
Go to Start>Computer>C: drive>Program Files>Temp files, and delete them all.
Empty the recycle bin.
Then go to Start>Run>type %temp% and delete all of those.
Empty the recycle bin again.
Then restart the computer, tap the F8 key while it is booting up, then choose "Safe mode with networking".
Download Malwarebytes from here:
http://freevirusprotection-spywaremalware.blogspot.com/
When it asks you where you would like to save it, change the "mbam_setup.exe" file to xxxxx.exe.
Then install it, update it, and run a full scan. Get the free version.

Now download SpyBot Search and Destroy from here:
http://internet-secrity-bestfree-firewall.blogspot.com/

Update, Immunize, then scan & Fix
I’m sure this will all fix it and prevent further infection of your system

I would advice you to download these programs
Superantispyware (superantispyware.com)
Malwarebytes (Malwarebytes.com)

as regards to antivrius:
MSE (Microsoft.com)
or
Avg/Avast/Avira (pretty much the same).

I would also advice you to shut down all Microsoft firewalls and rather use Comodos own firewall (supposed to be the best), set restrictions. Also most antivirus programs such as Eset, Comodo and Kaspersky got something called Sandbox which lets you run the Internet in a safe envirnment, meaning sites with virus aint effective.

(Sorry if my English is bad Smile
