Be GOOD at what you do meaning do your research and constantly be thinking of ways to improve yourself
Be good to your guys
Be clear about what you do and don't do to minimize any confusion or uncomfortable situations on the phone
Try to stand out from the other girls
Get a blog for guys to be able to keep up with you
Get a website
Get yourself an ad on backpage.com. It's cheap.
If you have your own website already, get yourself on some phone sex toplists.
Hang out in chatrooms and talk to some guys. Let them know what you do, provide them with links to your site, your number, etc. I prefer the Yahoo chatrooms.
Get on Twitter, Facebook, Myspace, etc
Join adult social networking sites
Join and be active on some adult forums
Try networking with other pso's and get some banner exchanges going
