Because virtually all of the social markets overseas would collapse if there weren't free markets to give them business.

Well if we were more socialist like Europe than the world's economy would tank. While having low taxes results in a lot of unfairness it also leads to business needing to fight harder, and improve things. That is why if you go to Europe you'll find many American made things.

Almost all modern economies are Mixed Free Market ones. That is the German model. Ours is the Neo-Keynesian one.
