Accidental Facebook request? - Andrew - 03-27-2013 04:33 AM So I accidentally added someone on Facebook. :o I canceled the request within 30 seconds or so. I know the person will probably still get a notification (hopefully not). If they do, what will they see? Will they see that it was me? That awkward moment when... - gregory - 03-27-2013 04:41 AM They probably won't see it. You could always block them if you don't want them to find out it was you. - Yahoo mania - 03-27-2013 04:41 AM No They won't get a notification in their notifications pane But I don't know whether they'll get an email notification or not - -xoxo- - 03-27-2013 04:41 AM They'll see a notification. But if they press it, it won't work. They'll probably get an email too. Sorry mate, but I think you've been found. But I totally understand how you feel. - Pooja - 03-27-2013 04:41 AM They wont see it, but block them just in case............ they check their mail where a notification has probably been sent off. - Asmaul - 03-27-2013 04:41 AM * If you accepted his request he will get notification like "<your name" has accepted your request" * If you ignore his request i,e you clicked "not now" then he won't get any notification. Its awkward if you accepted & unfriended him right away. If you don't wanna let him know you accepted & then just block him, but who knows if he saw the notification already ? lol |
