I get so many farmsville, mafia wars and peoples apps posted on my facebook newsfeed. I heard you can hide these so they won't show up. I am getting bombarded with these and i want them to go away!!

go to newsfeed section and go to application you want delet scroll your mouse to right until you see the X and click on it and click on hide and won't show up anymore

Hover over the upper right corner of the application story and a "Hide" button will appear. By clicking on the "Hide" button, two more buttons will appear to hide the friend who is sharing the story, or hide the application. Clicking on the latter will prevent all stories from that particular application from appearing on your home page. If the story is from an application that was created using a separate parent application, all stories from the parent application will also be prevented from appearing on your home page.
