I can see my friends' post that when they post something on tumblr, it appears on their facebook as well, and it says via tumblr. How can i link my tumblr to my facebook?

Just install the Tumblr app via Facebook:

install the Tumblr App to your facebook page and you should be able to post to both networks with one update
