NO! It's not true, some people have DOGS and CARS as their picture.. I'm hoping this is a fake question. You could take a picture of a tree or a horse and use it as your picture. Even your foot. LOL.

No, your profile picture can be whatever you want it to be. But an actual picture of yourself is recommended.

No, your pic doesn't even need to be of you, common profile pictures are of pets or cars.

Yes. You get 6 months in jail if you're in the US, a €250 fine in Europe, or 200 hours community service in the United Kingdom. It's not a crime in Brazil, Panama or China though.
