I would say to make youtube videos. This should help you get fans. Whatever it is you want to be famous for youtube should help a lot. You can promote yourself & promote your twitter. There has been celebrities that have made it just because of youtube. Hope this helps.

See what's on trending list, then start to tweet that, ussually that'll work...oya, also use a lotta hashtag!
