I'm really bummed- I was doing a Torah study at http://www.torahclass.com the website worked two days ago now when I go to the website its just a white page with a couple lines of random words! Does this mean the website has shut down?

Based on the error message on the site, it looks like the site is having issues. Once they fix the issue (database?) it will be back up. Since site is down, if you go to their Facebook site or Twitter handle and let them know, it would probably speed up the procedure.
