Just go to edit page or edit settings and find ''delete page'' or something like that.

From the top of your Page, click Edit Page
Select Manage Permissions
Click Delete [Your Page Name]
You will have the option to unpublish or delete your Page. If you choose to delete your Page, please note that its removal is permanent.

Go to account settings and delete account. if it's a group then go to the edit part of it and click on delete group. hope that helps.
