DM (Direct Message) people,
Stalk people by finding out what they're doing every second,
Beg people to follow you,
Become "twitter famous" < which is soooo dumb,
Make dumb jokes and beg people to re-tweet them,
Refresh your webpage to see if you gained anymore followers with that same corny joke,
and most importantly Tweet!
