This long distant relative of mine keeps sending me game requests and it's eating up my notifications. It's like no I don't want to play Buggle with you! No I don't want to play Diggle! No I don't want to play Lucky Slots! How do I block game requests completely?
lol I would delete facebook but I use it to make plans with my friends and such

Omg I hate this too! Like I don't have a facebook to play games! I just go to the game's page and block it, which will stop the requests from that game. I don't think you can block all requests from all games, unfortunately.

Have you tried Qustodio? It's free and you can block sites with minimum manual intervention. It also has a great reporting feature allowing you to view data for the last 30 days and I can actually watch the profile pictures of people with whom my teenager son chats with on Facebook.
