I would like to post an ad about a restaurant. I want to say how they should join Facebook to get VIP offers and special deals. I also need to add the logo to it. Which section is the best to post this ad?

Really think that would be a waste of time. People just don't go to craigslist to find a restaurant. However, you might try "for sale /free" or "community/events" as those draw people looking for things cheap, free, or for their family to do.
