I am asking this because this was the problem with my computer a few minutes ago and there was no one to help. I took my computer to tech guys, they searched through my computer with a lice comb and found no viruses that could be the culprit, nothing....so, I'm posting this here for someone in the future.
Apparently, you have uninstalled Adobe Flashplayer! Your problems will be solved, there is hope! That's it, that's all there is, and none of the tech guys figured it out. I ended up uninstalling Internet Explorer and installing Firefox to figure this out since Firefox TELLS you what's wrong and Internet Explorer apparently does not.
Good luck and may your fate with computers be better than mine!
...and I just bought a new computer since I was having such problems with the old one. Before you know it, I'll be an expert.

You have been facing issues in your windows. The windows is not allowing the functions to be done properly.
