He chose another girl, and so I backed off and cut off all contact. He's still e-stalking my social media sites and posting them for his own a year later. What's his problem?

he's insecure and overly-attached and, quite frankly, immature.
if he chose another girl, he should realize he has no business sticking around you and e-stalking you.
Ignore him for as long as it takes for him to get the message
