I don't have Photoshop, but constantly am recreating Facebook ads - any idea about how I can replicate the color? A screen shot of a color wheel with a dot in the right place would be ideal

Hi there,
I took a screen shot and opened it up in a photo editor then used the "eyedropper" tool to find the hex values .
The menu background color at the top is: hex # 3b 59 99
the middle background is .......................hex ....# f4 f5 f9
Text color is (white)................................hex # ff ff ff

The listing # (Pantone Solid Coated) is 3b5998.
LAB is (L: 39) - (a: 2) - (b: -40)
