so I added them then deleted them, would the notification they get saying '(Name) has accepted your friend request' disappear?
even after I delete them?

They will still get the notification.

Nope. They will never suspect a thing. But if they have subscriptions to fb or connected to their mobil they do receive it. You better wish they dont
