There is this guy in my condo that I'm super attracted to. We seem to be running into eachother and we always make small talk. Today I wS in the gym and he comes in (I NEVER see him in there) and he hops I the machine beside me and we talk for about 40 minutes about the basketball game and players and the entire time I'm smiling and laughing. Then he leaves and later my mother sees him and he tells her about our conversation. I have a huge crush. Is he interested as well? Why hasn't he made the next move? Should I?

Just look for the right moment and initiate a long conversation which can eventually lead to some plans to go out together somewhere.

Make a move
When you run into each other, maybe just have a short conversation then get his facebook or twitter or whatever. Then while you're adding him, ask him out to breakfast or whatever. Then if he says yes, get his number
